Time for the ultimate revival!

An heirloom, 50 years in the making, the all-new Heritage Collection by RESTORED BY SINGER, is bringing back the old-world charm of the past with a modern twist!

Launched at Watches & Wonders Geneva 2025, the beautiful Heritage Collection by RESTORED BY SINGER marks a new chapter for the brand. A celebration of timeless craftsmanship, the Heritage Collection isn’t just about restoration, it’s about reinvention. Bringing vintage craftsmanship into the modern era, each timepiece in the Heritage collections honours history while setting new standards in contemporary horology.

“The Heritage Collection is an expression of our deep respect for horological heritage, combined with the craftsmanship and innovation that define our brand.”

Marco Borraccino, Co-Founder and Creative Director

Established in 2017 in Geneva, this independent award-winning brand, is best known for revolutionizing the chronograph and reviving legendary movements, reflecting their philosophy of Reimagined, Restored, Reborn.  Born of a chance encounter between Marco Borraccino, an Italian watch designer, and Rob Dickinson, the founder of Singer Vehicle Design, in 2015. The two formed an immediate connection thanks to their design and engineering prowess, and eventually created the Singer Reimagined– designed to turn the watch world on its head.

Now with the Heritage Collection, breathes new life into the legendary Valjoux 236, a manually wound, column-wheel chronograph movement introduced in 1974 as the high-frequency evolution of the legendary Valjoux 23.

It features central hours and minutes, a small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock, and a chronograph function with a large central seconds hand and a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock.

With a power reserve of 48 hours and a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, the movement ensures precision and reliability.

With 17 jewels, the Valjoux 236 is decked with exquisite finishing, including frosted bridges and plates, hand-polished chamfers, and the signature Restored by Singer engraving. Each rhodium-plated component is precision-brushed for 3-9 alignment, with every screw hand-polished to perfection.

But what makes it a true collector’s item is their provenance. Each component is NOS (new old stock)—untouched, unassembled, and preserved in pristine condition for nearly 50 years. These horological time capsules form the perfect canvas for restoration, untouched by wear or age.

Encased in a stainless-steel case, measuring 38.8mm in diameter and 11.75mm thick, the case’s elegant lines are accentuated by sunray satin finish with mirror-polished chamfers, while a glassbox sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating enhances visibility. The sapphire exhibition caseback reveals the fully restored movement, complete with the Restored by Singer engraving.

The top pusher is dedicated to the chronograph start/stop, while the lower pusher resets the chronograph function. A manual-winding crown provides time-setting and winding capabilities.

With a water resistance of 50 meters, the Heritage Collection is as functional as it is timeless.

The Heritage Collection comes in two exquisite dial options: the Empire Green, with a deep lacquered finish, and the Black Lacquered, exuding understated sophistication.

Singer Reimagined’s signature toothed golden flange and applied faceted hour markers make each dial a work of art. A lacquered finish, ecru markings, and refined appliques give the dial a richness that balances classic inspiration with modern precision.

The hour and minute hands are rhodium-plated and coated with Orange Super-LumiNova for enhanced legibility in low-light conditions, while the baton-style subdial hands are also rhodium-plated. The central chronograph seconds hand, finished in the signature Singer Orange with a golden cabochon, adds a distinctive touch.

Complementing the timepiece is a carefully crafted strap, available in black-grained natural leather or khaki-green textile, each finished with contrasting stitching in Testa di Moro brown or Khaki Green.

Priced at CHF 16,700, this limited-edition collection is every collector’s dream. Offering a rare opportunity to own not just a piece of history, but a movement restored to its highest potential!

“Restoration is about more than preserving the past—it’s about reinterpreting it for the future,” says Marco Borraccino
